Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Certain health and personal care items
Self-serve returns
You can request a return directly through your customer account. Simply log in, open your order, and select the item you wish to return. If your order is eligible, the return request option will be available.
Return approval
Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank, as posting delays are common

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us at petrkalinin03@gmail.com. If approved, you will be provided with return instructions and the address for shipping the item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
